Yellow tea is a lightly fermented tea , and its processing technology is similar to that of green tea . Its processing method is similar to that of green tea. Its production process is as follows: fresh leaves are dried, rolled and turned yellow and dried. The process of fixing, rolling, and drying yellow tea are similar to the green tea production method. The most important process is to make the yellow tea, which is the key to forming the characteristics of yellow tea. The main method is to wrap the dried and rolled tea leaves in paper. Or cover it with a wet cloth after being piled up, and the time may vary from tens of minutes to several hours, so that the tea base will undergo non-enzymatic auto-oxidation under the action of water and heat to form a yellow color.
